Our hiring process has 4 steps: application review, technical assessment (online), technical interview, and final HR discussion. The whole process typically takes 7–14 days.
Yes. We actively hire freshers for junior developer roles, provided they can demonstrate practical skills. A strong GitHub portfolio or internship experience is a plus.
We offer a hybrid model — 3 days in office (Moti Nagar, Delhi), 2 days remote. Fully remote roles are available for senior engineers after the initial probation period.
