This Refund Policy governs all engagements between NexoraSoft Private Limited ("NexoraSoft", "we", "us") and its clients ("Client", "you"). By engaging NexoraSoft for software development, consulting or related services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
NexoraSoft operates on a milestone-based payment model for custom software development projects. Payments are tied to clearly defined deliverables agreed upon in the project contract or Statement of Work (SoW). Refunds are processed in accordance with the specific circumstances set out below.
2.1 Kickoff Payment (30%): The initial kickoff payment is non-refundable once project scoping, requirements documentation and resource allocation have commenced. If a project is cancelled before kickoff activities begin, a full refund of the kickoff payment will be issued.
2.2 Milestone Payments (40%): Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding deliverable has been reviewed and approved by the Client in writing (including by email). If a milestone deliverable is not accepted due to NexoraSoft's failure to meet agreed specifications, NexoraSoft will revise the deliverable at no charge. If NexoraSoft cannot deliver the agreed specification within a reasonable period, a proportional refund will be considered.
2.3 Final Payment (30%): The final payment is due on go-live and delivery of source code. It is non-refundable once the software has been deployed and the Client has accepted the final delivery in writing.
2.4 Client-Initiated Cancellation Mid-Project: If the Client cancels a project after kickoff, NexoraSoft retains all payments received to that date for work completed. NexoraSoft will deliver all completed work in its current state as at the cancellation date.
AMC fees paid annually are non-refundable once the support period has commenced. If an AMC is cancelled mid-term, no refund will be issued for the unused period. AMC cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
Where NexoraSoft offers software on a subscription basis, refunds may be requested within 7 days of the first payment if the software is materially non-functional and the defect cannot be remedied within 72 hours of being reported. No refund is available after 7 days of the subscription start date.
Paid consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If a booked session is cancelled by the Client less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session fee is forfeited. NexoraSoft's initial 30-minute discovery call is free of charge and has no refund implications.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
