What a NexoraHRMS Payslip Shows
Each payslip is laid out for the employee first: attendance summary, leave balance, earnings and deductions side by side, net pay in words and year-to-date totals. Statutory lines (PF, ESI where applicable, Professional Tax, TDS) are itemised, as are loan EMI and other deductions.
Your company logo, name, address and PAN appear on the slip, and the format is consistent every month, which matters when employees use payslips for loan or visa applications.

Locked Payslips You Can Trust
Payslips are generated from payroll that has been reviewed and locked, so a payslip an employee has received never changes later without a visible, logged unlock. The Send Payslips screen warns if the month is not yet locked, and a payslip log records what was sent and when.
