From Net Pay to Bank Upload
The Bank Payment Files screen takes what you are paying (monthly salary, an off-cycle run, a wage run or vendor payments), the month and the bank layout: HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis or a generic format. You pick a payment mode (NEFT, RTGS, or same-bank/IFT) and a payment date, preview every payee, and download the file.
An option can automatically switch large amounts to RTGS above the ₹2,00,000 threshold, matching how banks treat high-value transfers.

Employees with no account number or IFSC are listed so they do not fail the batch.
IFSC validation
Rows with an invalid IFSC are flagged.
Locked month warning
A warning appears if the month is not yet locked, so you do not pay unapproved figures.

Test Before You Trust
Banks update their bulk-upload templates from time to time, and each corporate banking portal is slightly different. NexoraHRMS follows the commonly used layouts, but always upload a one-employee test file first and compare the columns with your bank's current template.
