Open Where It Matters
No business runs on one system. Your website needs live stock, your marketplace needs order numbers, your accountant needs vouchers. NexoraIMS exposes the same data and actions through an API, so integrations can be built by you or by NexoraSoft.
The API is versioned (v1) with an OpenAPI file for Postman, Insomnia or Swagger. A change that breaks clients would only come as v2 with a deprecation period.

Endpoints for products, stock, customers, suppliers, invoices and more, with scoped client keys and a per-client rate limit.

Hashed client secrets shown once, Idempotency-Key support and correlation ids on responses.
Sandbox clients
A sandbox client's writes are never saved, so you can build safely.
Webhooks
HTTPS endpoints receive the events you tick, with a signing secret, automatic retries, dead letters and a test event.
WooCommerce and Shopify
Pull new orders as draft invoices; push stock to WooCommerce by SKU. Keys are stored encrypted.
Integration health
Queue, dead letters, paused endpoints, API traffic and errors in one page.
Webhooks and Retries
Add the URL of another system, tick the events it should receive, copy the signing secret (shown once) and press Send test event. Failed deliveries retry automatically and dead letters can be retried or discarded from the endpoint page. For deliveries to run, add the cron job php cron/run.php webhooks every 1-5 minutes on your server.
