Safe by Design
Loyalty fraud usually happens at the counter: points redeemed twice, a wallet spent on two screens, a void that keeps the points. NexoraRMS-POS changes points, wallet and dues only on the server, inside the same transaction as the bill, so two counters cannot spend the same points.
Voiding a bill returns redeemed points and wallet money and removes the points earned on it. Limits such as redemption percentage and minimum points are checked on the server.
