What Warehouse Management Software Should Do
A warehouse does not run on totals. People need to know the shelf: where to put the goods that just arrived, where to find them for an order, and where a missing carton might be. Warehouse management software (WMS) records locations and drives the movement of goods between receiving, storage and dispatch.

Warehouse Features in NexoraIMS
Bin locations
Create bins one by one or many at once (prefix A gives A-01 to A-20), with zone and walk order. Print the codes as barcodes and stick them on shelves.
Put-away
Type or scan the bin code on a goods-receipt line and posting puts the goods away. Anything without a bin is listed as waiting for a bin.
Bin-to-bin moves
Scan the product, the from-bin and the to-bin to move stock inside a warehouse without touching the ledger total.
Pick, pack, dispatch
Create a shipment from a posted invoice, print the pick list with bins in walking order, mark picked and packed, then dispatch.
Challan and packing slip
Print a delivery challan (no prices) or a packing slip with tick boxes from the shipment page.
Quarantine and damage
Hold goods for inspection and record damaged stock so it never counts as available.
Pick, Pack and Dispatch in One Flow
The shipment page follows a goods-out order: Picking, Packed, Dispatched, Delivered. Dispatch captures the carrier and a tracking number, using tracking-link templates you set per carrier, and delivery records who received the goods.
Stock was already issued when the invoice was posted, so the shipment never double-counts. If the same warehouse has bins, the pick list shows them in walking order to cut travel time.
