Setup and training are part of the scope that we agree in writing, so you know what you are paying for. A typical setup covers the school profile, classes, fee structure, staff logins and student import, plus a session for the fee counter and teachers. Ask for the exact list in your quote.
The software side is part of the scope you agree. Gateway charges are separate and depend on your Cashfree or PayU agreement. You use your own merchant account, so the gateway settles the money directly to your school’s bank account according to its own timelines.
Yes. You can download a backup file of your data at any time from the administration screen, and the server also keeps daily copies. Ask every vendor the same question and get the answer in writing, because data ownership matters more in school software than in many other tools.
