How do we get parents to log in?

Is there a mobile app?

No. NexoraEDU’s parent portal is a responsive web portal that works in a phone browser, and there is no Android or iOS app in this version. It needs an internet connection. If a branded app matters to your school, tell us during the demo because custom development is possible.

How do we avoid message overload?

Use the portal for routine items such as homework, attendance and results, WhatsApp click-to-send only for urgent notices and reminders, and the helpdesk for requests that need a reply. A clear rule for each channel stops parents receiving the same message three times.

Handling complaints
